Ecolion Power is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research, development, production, and sales of solar lithium batteries, solar panels, inverters, and commercial & industrial energy storage systems. Currently, we are actively entering the Nigerian new energy market, aiming to promote the upgrading of the local energy structure through technology empowerment and help address youth employment issues.

Job Title: Solar System Installation Trainee

Details

• We are recruiting solar system installation trainees across Nigeria, offering free professional training and entrepreneurship/employment opportunities!
• Target group: Nigerian youth across all regions who are interested in solar energy storage systems and eager to work in solar energy storage system installation and sales.

Core Recruitment Plan
Free Training Empowerment:

• The first batch is limited to 30 trainees. Selected candidates will receive completely free professional training in solar energy storage system installation, maintenance, and sales (no fees will be charged at any stage).
• The training will adopt a combined online and offline format. The curriculum includes product knowledge, installation techniques, and sales skills, taught by a professional team to ensure trainees acquire practical skills.
• After the training is completed, trainees must attend a unified assessment at the company.

Assessment and Certification:

• A unified assessment will be organized after the training. Those who pass the evaluation will receive an official certification issued by ECOLION POWER and become solar energy storage system installation and sales agents in their respective regions.

Job Responsibilities (After Training)

• Be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance of ECOLION POWER solar energy storage systems in the assigned region to ensure service quality.
• Promote and sell the company’s solar-related products, develop local customer resources (individuals, businesses, etc.), and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers in the region, respond to customer needs promptly, and improve brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with the company’s local brand promotion activities to help enhance ECOLION POWER’s brand influence in the region.

Job Requirements

• Nigerian nationality, 18–35 years old, high school education or above, strong interest in the solar new energy industry, and willingness to work in this field long-term.
• Possess basic communication and learning abilities, strong practical skills, a hardworking spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• Familiar with local conditions (customs, market environment, etc.); candidates with local network resources will be preferred.
• No prior industry experience required; the company provides full free training, and beginners are welcome.

Income Model

• There is no fixed salary during the training period. After becoming a regional agent, income mainly comes from two sources:
• Service fees for providing product installation services to customers
• Profit sharing from the sale of ECOLION POWER brand products
• The more you work, the more you earn — income has no upper limit.
