Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality vehicle cleaning services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and detail vehicles (interior and exterior) using approved cleaning methods and equipment.
• Operate car wash machinery, pressure washers, vacuums, and hand-washing tools safely.
• Clean vehicle interiors including seats, carpets, dashboards, windows, and trunks.
• Apply wax, polish, tire shine, and other finishing products when required.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report vehicle damage prior to service.
• Greet customers professionally and respond to basic inquiries.
• Follow company safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of Primary/Secondary School Certificate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience as a car wash attendant or similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to work long hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of vehicle cleaning products and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, punctual, and dependable.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays if required.

Health & Safety:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift cleaning equipment.
• Comfortable working in wet and outdoor environments.
• Compliance with workplace safety rules and use of protective gear.
