RoseQueen Consulting, Our client, a leading provider of security printing services in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking for immediate appointment, an experienced professional as Managing Director/CEO.

Managing Director/CEO.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry and work closely with the Board of Directors in ensuring that the company’s vision, mission and strategy are achieved.

Specifically the Managing Director/CEO will:
1. Lead the transformation of the company and co-ordinate the formulation and implementation of its strategy, objectives and goals.
2. Provide overall strategic leadership direction and guidance to the executive management.
3. Lead business development and ensure the attainment of revenue and profitability growth in conformity with the company’s plans to maximize results and strengthen its financial position.
4. Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining strategic Objectives and results.
5. Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality service and cost-effective management of resources.

Requirement:
1. Experience in strategic planning and organizational transformation
2. Strong business development ability and proven track record in originating and closing business opportunities
3. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to develop and deliver presentations using standard computing tools
5. High integrity, ethical standards and values are desirable attributes.
6. Minimum of a good first degree and an MBA with 15 years working experience in security printing or similar industry with at least 5 years in leadership role for a large company.
7. Aged not more that 45 years.
