Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Customer Care, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational activities of corporate customer care unit in the operations management department. He/she will also promote corporate consumer awareness and customer satisfaction regarding the identity management sector and ensure that corporate customer complaints are attended to and resolved.
Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Information Technology or other related fields.

I did my nimc enrollment registration since 1st of January 2017. and as of today 5th January 2018, my nin is not ready yet. they keep telling me to check back every now and then without any positive response...
