You guys should giv everyone comin for the recruitement program a fair chance. Most 2.1 graduate comin 4 the program bought their grades,so its unfair if u guys push others aside cos of their grade.i suggest the program should be 4 everyone and a test should b given 2 get those suitable for d trainin whether 1st class,2.1,2.2,or even those with 3rd class and pass

@ Ikyuarav Terna n Victor.... Ur believe can't take u far. Don't weaken d strong 2 strengthen d weak. U might not have graduated with a 1st class or 2'1 does not mean dt dz grades can only b obtained thr ill or fraudulent means. If u r not qualified 4 a job, Y nt luk ahead n get smtn 4 urself oda dn sending d wrong signal/information. U r not only bn insincere n unpatriotic, u r as wel fooling urselves. GO BACK 2 SCHOOL IF U MUST MAKE A FIRST CLASS or 2'1. The situation z dt Our country has got a problem with employment.

Fellow Nigerians, I feel your pains. It's only in Nigeria you see employers showcasing all forms of discrimination (age, grades, marital status, sex, you name it) in the hiring process simply because the govt of Nigerian is in deep sleep and careless about the citizens, and has continued to discourage a strong private base that could can create the recipe needed to catalyze industrial growth that will boost employment for the colossal number of graduates pouring out of our higher institutions every year. It is a pure case of demand and supply!
