Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Port Harcourt.
• The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
• Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client solutions.
• The role also involves representing Eudora & Aegle Group at industry events and contributing to long-term organizational strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved
• Number of new clients acquired
• Lead-to-client conversion rate
• Strategic partnerships established
• Client retention and satisfaction rate

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills
• Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and business analysis
• Experience in client relationship management and partnership development
• Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities aligned with organizational goals
• Knowledge of block chain technology and its applications is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Proven track record in business development or sales management
• High degree of self-motivation, leadership skills, and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of international education systems or migration processes is an added advantage

Work Structure

• Flexible working schedule based on outreach activities and target achievement
• Performance-based incentives and commission structure apply.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
