Job Title: Finisher

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Finisher to join our automobile manufacturing team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out final finishing operations on vehicle components and completed vehicles, ensuring they meet the company's quality, appearance, and customer satisfaction standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform finishing activities on vehicle bodies, components, and assemblies.
• Inspect surfaces for defects, scratches, dents, paint imperfections, or assembly issues.
• Carry out polishing, buffing, sanding, touch-up painting, and other finishing tasks as required.
• Ensure finished products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct final visual inspections before products move to the next stage or are released for delivery.
• Use finishing tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively.
• Report defects, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and quality inspections.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality control guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of OND, Trade Test Certificate, Technical College Certificate, or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Previous experience in automobile manufacturing, vehicle finishing, painting, bodywork, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of finishing techniques such as polishing, sanding, buffing, and touch-up painting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify and correct minor defects.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
