We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Oke-afa, Isolo - Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Actively promote and sell fashion products to walk-in customersand online clients.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
• Attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and fashion trends.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all fashion products, collections, sizes and pricing.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the store or on;ine catalog.
• Support visual merchandising to attract custometrs and boost sales.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or fast-moving items.
• Assist in stock arrangement, recieving goods, and updating inventory records.
• Ensure proper handling and care of fashion items.
• Record daily sales transactions accurately.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer trends.
• Support management with insights on best selling items and customer preferences.

Eductional Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
• Professional certification in Sales, Marketing ot Customer Service is an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• Proven experience in meeting sales target and handling customers in a retail environment.
• Experiend in both physical and online sales is an added advantage.

N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
