(1)                A.   Professional Diploma in Customs and Immigration Administration,

• Professional Diploma in Customs and Immigration Administration

 
Target Participants
The programme is designed for junior and middle staff of Airlines, Clearing and Forwarding Agencies, Seaports/Airports Managers, Customs Officers and Excise Officers, Immigration Officers, Quarantine Officers, Army, Naval, and Airforce Officers, NAFDAC Officers, Civilians with supervisory role in Customs and Immigration duties, etc
 
Entry Requirements
1. WASC/SSC, GCE (O’Level or NECO) or equivalent with credits in at least three subjects and two passes. One of the three credits must be English Language.
 
2. First degree of the University or equivalent qualification of any other comparable Institution approved by Senate.

• Professional Diploma in Advertising and Promotions Management

 
Target Audience

• Owners/Operators of Advertising Agencies
• Advertising Managers and Officers functioning in the Advertising/Promotion Department of Private and Public Enterprises
• Trade Fair/Exhibition Managers
• Advertising Executives in the Print and Electronic Media
• Advertising Executives in Advertising Agencies
• Other Interested Candidates

 
Entry Requirements

• WASC/SSC/GCE (O’Level) or equivalent with Credits in at least four subjects including English language obtained at not more than two sittings.
• First Degree, HND, OND, or NCE holder or equivalent qualification of any comparable institution approved by Senate.
• Mature candidates of 30 years of age with 5 years relevant experience but do who not have minimum entry requirements may be considered.

 
C.    Professional Diploma in Protocol & Passages Operations Management
 
Target Audience

• Protocol Officers in Embassies, Federal Government Service, State Government Service, Banks, Insurance Companies, the Police, Army, Telecommunication Industries, Airports, Private Business outfits, Tertiary Institutions and other relevant Parastatal, Professional Associations etc.
• Passages Officers in the organizations listed in “a” above
• Owners of travel agencies
• Staff of travel agencies
• Other interested candidates

 
Entry Requirements

• WASC/SSC/GCE (O’Level) or equivalent with Credits in at least four subjects including English language obtained at not more than two sittings.

3.)   Method of Application
Guidelines for filling the application form:

• Visit the Human Resources Development Centre Portal (hrdc.unilag.edu.ng)

Click on the “Application form”.

• Click the pre application form link; provide the required information and click submit to obtain a Payment Reference Number (Voucher). You are to print out the payment reference Number (voucher) and take to the bank for payment of N5,000.00 which is the cost of Application Form.
• Make payment at any branch of the designated banks stated below:
  • WEMA BANK PLC , ECO BANK PLC, ACCESS BANK PLC, FIRST BANK PLC at the   University of Lagos Branches only.
• After payment, return to the Portal of the Human Resources Development Centre (hrdc.unilag.edu.ng) Click the Application link, then Application Form Link, log in with Payment Reference Number as username and provide your surname in lowercase as password. Copied from: hotnigerianjobs.com
• Click the Edit Application form link to fill the Application form and upload digital passport  (jpeg format) which should not be more than 15kb in size and must be in white background. The acceptable dimension is: width- 235 pixels or 35mm, height- 314 pixels or 40mm (Failure to comply with specified image format may lead to disqualification).
• After filling the form completely; click “SUBMIT FORM” button else click the “DECLINE” button. After submission, applicants are required to print the completed Application Form for submission at the Human Resources Development Centre Secretariat. Submit the printed form along with two (2) sets of your Credentials. 

Note

• Kindly note that if payment is not made five (5) days after obtaining Payment Reference Number (voucher), the pre-application access would be DECLINED. Applicants will then have to refill the pre-application form to obtain a new Payment Reference Number (voucher).

Submission of Application Forms and Collection of Admission Letters:
Completed Application forms printed out along with two (2) sets of your credentials are to be submitted at the Human Resources Development Centre Secretariat (HRDC) on or before 20th March, 2013.
 
Admission Letters for short-listed candidates are to be collected at the Human Resources Development Centre (HRDC) Secretariats from 28th March, 2013.

Admission letters will not be posted to individual candidates. The admission lists will be available on HRDC Portal (hrdc.unilag.edu.ng).

Lectures will Commence on April 9th, 2013.
