Much as FJSC 've done well by dis advert, a few anomalies need to be addressed for all Federal Civil service recruitments:

1. In dis age of online applications, why can't the application template/ forms be handled online? Even waec and jamb applications are done online and dis re graduates! so,why stress applicants to troop into abuja from all over d country for a job they re not sure of getting with all d attendant stress?
2. By making d forms available on hardcopy (and collected only in abuja), unemployed youths from other parts of d country are already disadvantaged/discouraged.
3. Finally, dis method of application is prone to corruption as applicants are financially & sexually exploited by unscrupulous FJSC/govt. Officials in a bid to get d forms.
Even with its criticisms, NNPC & AMCON recruitment applications were not dis stressful on applicants as one cld successfully apply and upload certificates online.that way, shld u end up not getting d job, it can at least be bearable than to go thru dis FJSC stress and not land d job. Enough is enough!

You want to be employed? kindly attend refresher courses at least to improve your use English language cos no employer is ready to teach and train you on how to construct business letters, memos and reports.

Again, l plead with advertisers to always consider qualified applicants cos l have not heard of anyone being employed through this online application process. Regards.

Mr. Ogbuagu Michael Ikechukwu, going by your comments in parenthesis below, it is so evident that you did not read through it because there are so many errors in it. Beware, your prospective employer(s) are also watching. Thank you.

(Brethren, our use of tences is not what to ride home about. After reading some coments by some of our so called Nigerian graduates,i wonder if we passed through the 4 worlds of d University. How can d use of tenses be a problem to a so called Graduate.Pls,endavour to go through ur writes up before pasting to avoid embarasement. There are so many mistakes in most of d coments.Pls be aware of Embarasement. It could be diteriorating,Nigerian graduates.I wonder ooh.God help us all.Dont just wake up and stert comenting without going tru it.No body is above mistake, but there are mistakes we make that can disqualify us frm anything. Our use of tenses should be our utmost concern in whatever we are writing. The use Of concod,Present tense,Past tense, perfect tense and even coloqialism. So, we should take note of this.Because its embarasing.Thank U all.
