Delta State Polytechnic - Applications are invited from qualified candidates for admission into part-time programmes of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara for the 2016/2017 Academic session.

Admission into Part-Time ND Programmes for the 2016/2017

Entry Requirements
  • Applicants should possess 5 (five) O'Level credits in relevant subject including Mathematics and English Language and in not more than two (2) sittings.
  • 5 O/L Credits Passes including Mathematics and English Language in subjects relevant to the Candidate's course of study. CRS is accepted only for all Business/Social Science Courses.
  • The following subjects are taken as one: Economics or Commerce, Government or History or Civic Education, Biology or Agricultural science or Fishery or Animal Husbandry Marketing or Salesmanship, Financial Accounting or Book keeping, Data Processing or ICT or Computer Studies or Information & Communication Technology
  • Candidates must have at least a Pass in Physics for Computer Science.
  • Eligible candidates are those who wrote the 2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 180 and above.

Application Closing Date
21st October, 2016.

Screening
Candidates shall be screened on Tuesday, 25th and Wednesday 26th October, 2016, at 9.00am each day in their respective Departments.

Application Forms
Application forms are available for collection at Admissions office on the presentation of the Polytechnic’s Bursary receipt for N7,000.00 (Seven thousand naira) only. Payment for the form can be made at any branch of the following Banks:

Completed Forms
All completed forms should reach the Admissions Office on or before 21st October, 2016 with the following documents enclosed:
  • Receipt for the form
  • Credentials
  • Certificate of Local Government of Origin
  • Birth Certificate or sworn Declaration of Age.
