Job Descriptions
- Maintain an inventory of room vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available and respond to guests' complaints
- Check in and check out guests
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
- Serve customers’ meals and drinks
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of OND in any discipline
- Must be computer literate
- Must be fluent in English language
- Age between 22 -30
- Must be resident in Ibadan
