We are currently recruiting for the Position of:
Job Title: Officer - Building and Fabrication
Location: Lagos
Reporting To: Supervisor - Technical Coordination (Projects)
Objectives
To carry out infrastructure maintenance for all the company building infrastructures
Responsibilities
- Carries out infrastructure maintenance for all the company building infrastructures with the help of the fitters
- Carries out building/fabrication design and implementation for new constructions and modifications of the existing ones
- Carries out period assessment of all the company building infrastructures and make report for better management decision
- Liaise with the contractors to ensures that jobs contracted are done to the required standards
- Ensures that the contractors and the fitters are working in line with the company safety rules and standards.
- Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
- Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- OND in Civil engineering or Building Technology
- 3 years relevant experience in construction and structural Engineering
- Proficiency in building softwares like AUTOCAD
- Proficient at the use of basic computer softwares
- Proficient at the use of basic computer softwares
