Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Specification
- Design, establish and implement (together with Management) suitable corporate strategies, policies, management methodologies and operational systems,
- Develop financial and operational deliverables and targets with Management.
- Support the organisation in meeting agreed financial and non- financial targets. Work closely with the Board of Directors, MD and business heads to oversee the conversion of corporate objectives into detailed business plans, targets, budgets, performance and profitability.
- Responsible for setting viable profit margins and growth projections.
- Ensure the success of suitable performance management metrics for all aspects of work.
- Responsible for the business support and success of processes. procedures, systems and measurements.
Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
- Broad understanding of the security industry.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and writing skills are required.
- Ability to make presentations, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience and a good first degree in any discipline.
- A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
