Job Responsibilities
  • Supports the implementation of FMC’s commercial strategy on the project.
  • Serves as the key point of contact with the customer for the resolution of commercial issues at a project level.
  • Serves as the key point of contact internally for all commercial issues involving the on a project level.
  • May support one large project or several small to medium sized projects
Main Tasks
  • Supports the development of cost and revenue forecasting for projects within a portfolio.
  • Participates in project EAC reviews.
  • Attends project financial review meetings.
  • Implement established commercial terms and processes in the execution of a project
  • Support Sales and the Project team in all commercial meetings with the customer.
  • Implement established commercial strategies in the execution of a project.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the customer on a project level.
  • Support the project manager in the negotiation of project agreements, price lists and other project level agreements with the customer.
  • Ensure compliance with frame agreements and internal policies.
  • Monitor project financial performance.
  • Support the project manager in the reporting and explanation of project financial performance to management.

  • Serve as management's & customer's key point of contact for project commercial issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering with 8 years of related or similar experience.
  • Must have a good understanding of contracting and commercial strategies to manage risk.
  • Must understand core commercial concepts, such as escalation, contingency, currency risk, tax exposure, cash flow, milestone payments, margin, mark-up, and inter-company transfer pricing.
