Academic Qualifications
- Minimum academic qualification shall be SSCE, candidates must have requisite qualifications such as NCE, BED, PGDB, MSc.
- Academic staff must also be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of teaching and curriculum administration
Key Priorities
- Candidates must possess over 10 years relevant administrative experience in an educational institute or in an international school. Major score card for this position shall be:
- Shall ensure proper and effective co-ordination of academic and administrative activities of the school.
- Ensure that instructional objectives for a given subject are properly articulated.
- Ensure that teachers are well monitored and any untoward behavior is reported to the appropriate authority.
- Enunciate activities that facilitate the professional growth of the school staff and enhance team spirit
- Uphold the school values and culture and ensure that it is felt by all stakeholders in the system towards an integrated teaming system
- Work closely with the Head of School to ensure the realization of the aim and objectives of the school.
