Job Description
- The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing a team of engineers in the plant to ensure seamless production process. Production process must continuously be improved to ensure optimal performance and output.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for operational excellence via efficient plant design
- Manage all engineering projects and resolves engineering problems in the plants
- Responsible for continuous process improvement relating to cost and quality of production
- Oversee acquiring new equipment to ensure highest quality
- Ensure maintenance of the plants
- Knowledgeable on health and safety standards in line with regulatory policies
Job Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical Based Degree or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in Production Process.
- Minimum of 10 years FMCG or Manufacturing Experience.
- Project Management skills.
- Able to work in a calm, controlled and effective manner in a fast moving production environment.
