Job Title: General Manager (Auto Repair & After-sales)
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- The incumbent is responsible for the Auto Repairs & after-sales department.
- Runs the after-sales department efficiently and in a profitable manner, by managing personnel efficiently and obtaining customer loyalty, containing costs, attaining objectives and maintaining all after-sales department records.
- Ensures that the time the technicians are available is sold to the maximum.
Qualifications
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
- Must have 15 years hands on experience in the Automobile industry in Repairs & Aftersales,
- The incumbent will be fully in charge of the smooth running of the automobile- workshop.
- He will coordinate the activities of the workshop engineers and ensure maximum utilization of human capital, materials and other resources.
- He must be conversant with modern auto engines repairs and diagnosis of faults.
- He will ensure high level of productivity which will be measured by the job throughputs and meet all target for delivery to customers.
- He will be responsible for generating Bill of Materials (BOM) for vehicles to be worked on.
- Ensures that all customers are given reasonable estimates of the costs and time required for their repair jobs and maintenance work.
- Builds and maintains smooth relations with the customers, to obtain their loyalty
- Implements and maintains a customer satisfaction system for the after-sales department
- Coordinates after-sales activities in Ogun State, Port Harcourt and Abuja.
