- To run kitchens in a creative and innovative way, with a twist from the traditional is important.
- Must be able to launch new concepts, introduce signature dishes and must have proven record in quality guest experience.
- Must be able to lead, manage, organize all aspects of food production to the highest professional standard.
- Experience in high-end operations, international exposure and knowledge of international food products is compulsory.
Qualification/Experience
- 8 - 10 years exceptional culinary experience, strong leadership and communication skills. Elegance in food presentation, eye for details and sound financial knowledge.
