We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Front End Support (Team lead/ Analysts)

Location:
Lagos

Job Description
  • Provide support seven (7) days a week between the following hours: Weekday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Weekend & Public Holiday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Attend to users located in all COMPANY office locations in Nigeria. The team shall be located in Mobil House, Lagos.
  • Effectively and efficiently man the Customer Service Desk (Help-Desk)
  • Receive problem calls and log them appropriately using company provided on-line problem management & tracking tools
  • Resolve users problems on phone
  • Assign unresolved problems to appropriate support queues for prompt attention
  • Follow up all assigned problems until fully resolved
  • Produce prescribed reports from problem logs, weekly and on demand
Qualifications
  • minimum of 3 years relevant experience for team lead, 2 years relevant experience for Senior Analyst/ 1 year experience which may have been acquired during NYSC or Internships for Analysts
  • B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science (Second Class, Lower Division minimum)
  • At least one of relevant professional certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCP, CCNE etc.).
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
