Job Title: Plant Manager
Brief description of Duties
- Overview the technical and managerial aspects of the Plant Department, including those of the quarries, stores, asphalt plants and batching plants.
- Coordinate the functions, procurement and mobilization/demobilization of Plant facilities and personnel for various projects.
- Provide specialized expertise and advice to the areas of operations on all related Plant aspects.
- Coordinate with the Estimating Department for economic plant usage and selection for various types of plant application.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in repair, maintenance and management of large road construction fleet of equipment.
- At least 5 years experience in similar position with proven record.
