Job Descriptions
- Assess performance of work daily in order to meet sales target
- Ensure work schedules are accurate with proper shifts arrangements
- Store management
- Timely delivery of information and reports
- Dealing with grievances
- Provide advice and assistance in market developingMonitor daily sales and attendance, investigate and resolve causes of absenteeism
- Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related challenges
- Monitor unscheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to tackle such issues.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership rol
- Computer literacy: good knowledge of excel and microsoft word
- Good communication skills
- problem solving skills
- Ability to lead people and take initiative
