1.) Customer Service Supervisor
Qualification
- Bsc in Computer science. Customer Relations, Public Relations or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer services role
2.) Customer Service Officer
Qualification
- Minimum of HND or its equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
