Job Title: General Manager, Business Development
- Minimum of second class upper degree in any relevant field
- A master degree in any relevant field
- Possession of PhD would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 20 years post graduate experience, five of which must be at senior management level
- Track record in learning performance management
- Capacity to sustainably deliver on set organisational goals and targets
- Capacity for efficient and effective management of organisation resources
- Leadership, innovative and creative skills
