Job Title: Managing Director

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- The Managing Director (MD) reports to the Board of Directors.
- He/she has the overall responsibility to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the company, supervise all activities undertaken by the company and provide direction to the business.
Education/Experience
- A degree in numerate or semi- numerate disciplines such as Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Law and Business Administration and other related discipline)
- ACA, ACCA, ICMA, CIBN, CIS, CFP or CFA and other relevant professional qualification from reputable organizations
- Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience with at least 12 years in the Financial Services and 8 years in senior management position
- Candidates are expected to exhibit professionalism, communication skills, Leadership Skills, Objectivity and independence, proven ability to build and maintain relationship at all levels, self motivation and managerial ability
- Age: Between 35 and 50 Years
