Job Requirements
- Logging and resolving customer issues
- Customer correspondence including documentation of user guides and other resources
- Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team
- QA tasks and technical documentation
- Administration of SQL databases
- System monitoring
- Graduate in Computer Science
- 1-3 years’ Experience in a Similar role would be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
