Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an Indigenous Health organization to recruit an Administrative Manager for its operations in Nigeria.

Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for the effective planning and running of all support services for the organization; plan, strategize and coordinate the health services of organization as well as directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities for the company

Responsibilities
  • liaising and negotiating with medical and non-medical staff internally and with people in external organizations
  • managing clinical, professional, clerical and administrative staff
  • managing the recruitment, selection, appraisal and development of staff
  • overseeing the day-to-day management of the organization
  • implementing new policies and directives
  • gathering and analyzing data and using it to plan and manage both projects and systems;
  • working towards ensuring quality and value for money for patients
  • setting budgets and maintaining finances within tight constraints
  • planning and implementing strategic changes to improve service delivery
  • attending meetings, writing reports and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences
  • sitting on committees and representing the views of departments and teams
  • handling communications and corporate affairs
  • managing premises, catering, cleaning and security
  • monitoring purchase of equipment and supplies and the store
Qualifications and Experience
  • University degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in a reputable organization
  • High proficiency in the use of computer
  • Posses leadership quality and capable of taking decisions
  • Excellent writing, reading and verbal communication skills
  • He must be assertive, flexible and proactive
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and organizational culture
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Result-oriented
