Key Focus:
- This role is individually accountable for providing finance advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market.
Descriptor:
- Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
- Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
- Work in specific allocated markets.
- Work with a specific range of products.
- Receives a production allowance & commission.
Key Result Areas
Financial Advice:
- Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
- Works in specific allocated markets.
- Works with a specific range of products.
Sales/Productivity:
- Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
- Engages in prospecting and conversion to sales.
Personal Effectiveness:
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
- Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality.
- Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.

Relationship Building:

Qualification/Requirement
Age:
