Mambila Beverages Nigeria Limited is a wholly Taraba State Government owned Company. It engages in developing, manufacturing and marketing of “Highland” brands of Black Tea and Green Tea.
We require an experienced, well trained and articulated candidates for employment in the below position:

Responsibilities
- The Candidate must be a visionary leader that advises the Board and Shareholders.
- He will advocate/promote organization and stakeholder change related to organization mission; support motivation of employees in products/programmes and operations.
- He will formulate policies, programmes and planning, for onward recommendations to the Board; Manage and oversee the operations and human resources of the organization; Implement plans and Manage Financial and Physical Resources of the Organization.
Requirements
- The Chief Executive Officer must be an experienced Manager of 15 - 20 years with at least 5 years at executive level in the Tea or Food and Beverages Industry.
- The candidate must have a minimum of First Degree or equivalent. Master Degree in Management or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
