Job Description
- The Primary objective of the Field Sales Representative is to promote the Sales of a wide range of wall painting & waterproofing solution for homes, offices & buildings thus achieving his monthly Sales volume & value set targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage contact information for sales prospects and existing clients. And also Scheduling visits or meetings with clients within your designated sales territory.
- Work onsite, prospecting and delivering sales presentations and collecting information of prospective clients as well as assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies to increase your chances of completing a sale.
- Following up on/maintaining existing dealer accounts, obtain orders, as well as establishing new accounts through planning and organization of daily work schedule.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. Also focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports as well as making recommendations to management.
Qualification and Skills
- The Job entails onsite prospecting, hence candidate must be agile, well-mannered and a go-getter. Must be willing to go the extra-mile to achieve Sales Target.
- A Minimum of OND - With High sense of Charisma, Enthusiasm, Eloquence and Fluency.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ Experience - However, high-flyers who are graduates but without experience can apply.
- Must be ambitious, willing to think ‘Outside the box,’ must be learn/acquire the skills and methods used in selling or promoting commercial products.
- Must be willing to reside (or currently resident) in Enugu - with age ranging from 23 - 28 years.
