Legacy University, Okija, Anambra State is one of the eight private universities recently approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria with the view of increasing access to university education to all qualified individuals in the country promote quality tertiary education and engage in relevant research for national development Located in serene environment in Okija, Anambra State, the new university seeks to build a legacy of excellence in learning and research. It plans to commence academic activities within the first quarter of 2017, offering courses in Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Natural and Physical Sciences.

Job Title: Bursar
Location: Okija, Anambra
Responsibilities
- The Bursar is the Chief Financial Officer of the University.
- He shall be responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the management of the University’s finances.
Requirements
- The candidate must possess B.Sc in Accounting with at least Second Class (Lower Division) plus MBA or M.Sc in relevant discipline from recognized University and must be a full member of a recognized professional accounting body such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA, ACMA and CPA plus a minimum of twelve (12) years cognate experience and computer literacy is compulsory.
- Applicant must be computer literate
Remuneration
The remuneration and other conditions of service are as applicable in similar institutions and as may be determined by the University’s Governing Council.
