Our company is an Electrical Retail Business with stores in different locations across the country.
Due to our growth and expansion, we are seeking for qualified candidates to fill the following vacant roles in our Enugu store;

1.) Assistant Retail Manager

The role:
  • Ensures the store looks attractive by deciding the arrangement of merchandise in the store.
  • Trains new staff and manages work schedules of the staff.
  • Ensures merchandise is replenished and store is never out of stock.
  • Strictly monitors the Store Consumer financing scheme i.e. ensures procedures for Post Dated Cheque operations are followed through.
  • Makes weekly reports relating to footfall, Conversion rate, Customer information and Store Expenses to the head office.
  • Keeps track of the financial transactions in the store.
  • Liaises with Depot Cashier for weekly floats and ensures expenses are promptly retired.
  • Oversees all store operations; Merchandising, Stock Control, Customer Service and invoicing.
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the store, in the absence of the Retail Manager.

The person:
The ideal candidate must possess;
  • Minimum of BSc. or HND from a reputable institution.
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral & written)
  • Ability to effectively lead a team
  • Between two to three (2-3) years’ experience in similar role
  • Ability to make quick decision.
  • Ability to withstand stress.    
  • Good presentation skills
  • Great passion and drive
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Age 25- 28yrs   

2.) Sales Representatives

The role:
  • Educates customers on products; explains the usage pattern of the products.
  • Supervises daily cleaning & merchandising of displayed items.
  • Documents all sales with details.
  • Organise delivery for products that are to be delivered to the buyer’s residence.
  • Strictly attends to customer enquiries.
  • Follows through on every customer transaction from payment to supply of the purchased product.
  • Responsible for price audits and monitoring competitor activities.

The person:
The ideal candidate must possess;
  • A BSc. Degree or HND from a reputable institution.
  • Between two to three (2-3) year’s experience in similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service ethics
  • Ability to effectively work in a team
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to handle difficult buyers with a cool head.
  • Ability to perceive the needs of the buyer and show them appropriate merchandise.
  • Ability to learn about the products so as to explain to the buyer.
  • Great passion and drive
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Age: 22-28yrs

3.) Customer Care Officer

The Role:
  • Daily Merchandising of Display items and preparing of Price tags for display items.
  • Logging of customer complaint to the after sales team.
  • Follows through on customers queries to ensure all issues are resolved within the specified turnaround time.
  • Prepares weekly report on Diesel Consumption and Monthly reports
  • Doubles as Sales representative when the need arise.
  • Answers all phone calls in a very professional manner.

The person:
The ideal candidate must;
  • Possess a minimum of BSc. or HND from a reputable institution.
  • Have worked in a similar role for not less than 2 years.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills (oral & written)
  • Have the ability to make quick decision.
  • Possess great passion and drive
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to withstand stress
  • Age should be between 22-28 years

4.) Delivery Officer

The role:
  • Make delivery of all customer’s product that has been duly paid for from the store.
  • Ensure the delivery truck is operational with its appropriate Vehicle documents.
  • Responsible for weekly collection of diesel for store use.

The person:
The ideal candidate must;
  • Be well mannered and disciplined.
  • Be strong and agile.
  • Have knowledge of routes within the state and its outskirts.
  • Be able to communicate fluently in English Language.
  • Possess a valid Nigerian drivers license and have not less than 5 years driving experience.
  • Age should be between 35-40years.

All vacancies are based in Enugu and applicants must be resident in Enugu state. The positions are contract based and will be for an initial period of one year, renewable based on performance.
