Primary Responsibilities
- Handle transactions and answer customer queries
- Decipher customer needs and offer the best solution based on company policies
- Effectively communicate ideas, suggestions and answers
- Refer customers to people who specialise with the type of problem or query they present
- Offer upgrades and new banking services or products
Qualification and Competence
- HND/BSc in any discipline
- Prior experience in similar role in a financial institution or a service driven environment
