Key Qualifications/Competencies
- Minimum of First Degree in a Accounting related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications are compulsory
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the Banking or related industry with at least six years proven track record in strategy, financial control, planning, organizing and managing people and projects requiring collaboration with and support of multiple stakeholders
- To enhance the competitiveness and continuous improvement of the Bank through strategy formulation informed by macroeconomic (global and domestic), market, industry and internal analyses and providing management advice to position the Bank for increased competitiveness.
