Key Qualifications/Competencies
- LLB, BL, (LLM is an added advantage)
- Must be a certified member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
- A second degree or relevant professional certifications such as
- Association of Certified Ash-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), International Compliance Association (ICA) is needed.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience out of which four years must be in a financial institution
- Ensuring all statutory compliance under the Companies Act;
- Sound knowledge about the transfer of title documents in all key areas like Lagos, Ogun, Port-Harcourt Abuja;
- Expert in drafting and vetting of the agreement, memorandum of understandings, memorandum, and articles of association.
