Key Qualifications/Competencies
- Minimum of First Degree in any discipline with relevant professional certification
- Relevant professional certifications such as Associate of the Chartered institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SPHR, GPHR and a second degree is needed
- Minimum of 10 years cognate work experience in related function, 5years must be on management level
- Design the Bank’s human source structure inline with the business strategy and corporate objectives of the Bank.
- Develop a robust recruitment and selection process aimed at hiring top talents into the bank
- Build and lead the Bank’s strategic brand management/marketing initiatives by creating platforms that would generate enough marketing
