Job Title: Civil / Building Engineer

Key Qualifications/Competencies
- Minimum of first degree in Civil/Building Engineering related discipline
- Relevant professional certifications are required
- Masters degree is an added advantage
- Proven 12 years of working experience in civil engineering especially Building
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as Auf0CAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approval etc
- Project management, CAD, AutoCAD and Design Skills
- Site Development, Database Design, Planning and Conceptual Skills
- Designs construction projects by collecting and studying project concepts, architectural drawings and models
- Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.
