Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Description
Reporting to the Business Development Manager the successful candidates will have primary responsibility for relationship management with a view to enhance customer experience In the overall interest of the organisation
The major responsibilities/Job Description for the position include but not limited to:
- Outbound calls to new trial/ browsers users and prospecting lists
- Welcome new trial users and upsell subscription services.
- Provide further assistance and training to potential clients
- Handle new invitation warrn sales calls, invite them to BolfyNG.com and the different services we provide
- Follow up on expired trial service accounts to sell subscription service and provide feedback
- Training of new users, and Prospecting new clients
Qualification and Requirements
- Relevant educational qualifications,
- 3-5 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service/sales skills, drive and resourcefulness
- Proactive approach to customers and a sale focused attitude
- A Detailed oriented, Quick Learner and Self motivated individual
- Multi task Ability,
- Strong computer skill including MS Office and Outlook experience
