- Develop the sales and marketing strategy of the company
- Develop different products and services for our market
- Developing the marketing and sales targets
- Develop the region segmentation strategies
- Develop products and services for the identified regions
- Develop brand visibility strategy of the company
- Hiring, training and developing the marketing and sales team
- Collaborate with other departments/divisions in the company as required
- Carry out market research
