A fast growing outreach Ministry, is seeking competent, passionate, result oriented, God fearing and self motivated candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Outreach Co-ordinator
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, develop, implement and maintain stewardship plans for assigned donors or sponsors
- Proposing venues for outreach
- Initiating meetings with host (Pastors and workers of the church)
- Coordinates financial matters
- Ordering and maintaining supplies
- Sourcing for sponsorship
- Volunteer Coordination
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the outreach website and coordinating social media connections to include but not limited to Facebook and twitter
- Oversees daily management of the outreach.
- Enforces policies and procedures
- Follow up other duties as assigned
Personnel Specifications
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Business Management or any discipline
- At least five (5) years experience with an NGO
- Ability to rapidly adapt to new environment / situations; ability to work within tight schedule, prioritize and work with high integrity
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software. Windows based software (Excel ,Word,PowerPoint)
- Excellent Oral and written Communication, Leadership & Counseling skills
- High presentation, public and human relations skills
- Pleasant personality with the ability to be firm but gracious in dealing with volunteers, staff, leaders etc
- An excellent team player who can work with other young and dynamic individuals without compromising standards to achieve result.
