Job Description
- The ideal candidate must have had extensive prior experience working as a lawyer in a commercial law firm or as in-house counsel working on commercial transactions.
Education & Competency Requirements
- BL, LLB
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a leading law firm
- Knowledge of and experience in cross border transactions will be a significant advantage
- In-depth knowledge and experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Team player and business-minded lawyer who possess good common sense and sound
- Strong analytical, oral and written English, communication skills
- Well-honed negotiation, advocacy skills, judgment, strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent business judgment and ability to apply business solutions to legal problems
- High level of integrity and proficiency with personal computers
