Job Title: Company Secretary/Legal Adviser
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- LLB, BL
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Ensuring all statutory compliance under the Companies Act;
- Expert in drafting and vetting of the agreement, memorandum of understandings, memorandum, and articles of association.
- Knowledge of CAC Annual filings.
- Must be Female, aged between 23yrs to not more than 35 years.
- Must be residing within Island Lagos (Ajah, shangotedo, lekki, VI etc).
- Job flexibility, as this allows you to engage in other activities (More of a contract).
