We are recruiting to fill the below position of:

Job Responsibilities
  • To pursue the HSE objectives defined by his hierarchical superiors.
  • To ensure that his activities are carried out in compliance with TOTAL procedures and standards.
  • To plan and supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation for project in accordance with TOTAL rules and procedures.
  • To check that pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are correctly taken into account in project schedule.
  • To ensure the proper succession of pre-commissioning and commissioning sequences with construction, schedule and operations.
  • To ensure the mobilisation of pre-commissioning and commissioning teams as required; to make sure that personnel can use ICAPS and, if not, to organise appropriate training.
  • To prepare ICAPS database (pre-commissioning and commissioning) for each discipline.
  • To generate pre-commissioning and commissioning files and the corresponding dossiers.
  • To monitor the progress for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • To generate progress reports and reserves for each pre-commissioning and commissioning task.
  • To be regularly on site to guarantee the quality of the work.
  • To hand over fully documented and commissioned installations to the operations/start-up team.
  • To promote the expansion of local content.
  • To submit a weekly report to his hierarchical superiors and prepare special reports as required.
  • To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superiors.
Qualification and Experience
  • Petroleum engineer with wide experience in production.
  • 10years Commissioning Related Experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of using ICAPS.
  • Good English (level 3 minimum on Bright test).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
