A newly restructured & well capitalized State Microfinance Bank (MFB) based in Lagos, with a vision to transform into a “Best In Class” MFB in Nigeria is in search of competent leadership to undertake the transformation of the bank. As a result the below important position is required to be filled urgently:
Job Title: Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Requirements
The following minimum qualifications and experiences are mandatory for officer who would occupy this position:
- A minimum of first Degree or its equivalent in any discipline, (additional qualification or Degree in any finance or business related discipline may be an advantage).
- Minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience out of which, at least, five (5) must he in the financial services industry and at least, three (3) at the senior management level.
- Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competences in practical microfinance banking and has undergone the Microfinance Certification Programme and obtained a Certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
- In addition the candidate must have Sound transformational leadership skills, as well as operational competence. He must be ambitious and willing to lead the bank into a national MFB in the near future.
