A newly restructured & well capitalized State Microfinance Bank (MFB) based in Lagos, with a vision to transform into a “Best In Class” MFB in Nigeria is in search of competent leadership to undertake the transformation of the bank. Requirements
The following minimum qualifications and experiences are mandatory for officer who would occupy this position:
- A minimum of first Degree or its equivalent in any discipline (additional qualification or Degree in any finance or business related discipline may be an advantage).
- A minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience out of which, at least four (4) must have been in the financial services industry and at least, two (2) at the senior management level.
- Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competences in practical microfinance banking and has undergone the Microfinance Certification Programme and obtained a Certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
- In addition the candidate should have working experience in operational department of a bank, appropriate marketing abilities and high Information Technology skills required in a banking environment with a robust IT Software.
