Job Description
- The Legal & Compliance Officer will administer the firms legal and compliance duties as well as support secretarial function.
- The position reports to the Company Secretary.
Responsibilities
Roles involves but not limited to:
- Legal Consultation, Advice and Documentations
- Board Secretariat Functions Support
- Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management Reviews
Qualifications/Experience
- An LLB Degree and BL in Law, Masters in Law, Finance or Management is desirable.
- Applicable professional qualification including ICSAN.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite,
- Experience in legal practice and administration with a reputable organization, preferably in the service industry or other industries of the financial sector.
- Optimal age bracket: 30- 40 years old.
