A Real Estate Development company located in Lagos State, is in need of candidates to fill in the position below:
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- The candidate must be a graduate with at least 2nd Class lower division in Electrical Engineer from a reputable University or Polytechnic, with a minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience.
The candidate must also possess the following qualities:
- Ability to use any CAD applications and Microsoft office suite.
- Vast experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong skills in cable calculations, power I energy requirements and calculations, circuit breaker and panel co-ordinations, trouble shooting, RMU’s, etc.
- Proficient in designing, specifying and testing electrical components, assemblies d panels for residential and commercial developments.
- Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills,
- A good team player who is self motivated and possess excellent communication and writing skills.
