A Real Estate Development company located in Lagos state, is in need of candidates to fill in the position below:
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- The candidate must be a graduate with at least 2 Class lower division in Mechanical Engineer from a reputable University or Polytechnic, with a minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience.
The candidate must also possess the following qualities:
- Mechanical Engineering graduate from any recognized University or Polytechnic.
- Minimum of second class lower division or lower credit.
- Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience.
- Ability to use any CAD applications and Microsoft office suite.
- Vast experience inthe real estate industry.
- Proficient in mechanical designs, calculations, modeling Wand maintenance of mechanical equipment and pipe installations for residential and commercial developments.
- Prepare layouts, design considerations and specifications for HVAC systems, water, sewage, fire, control and alarm systems and related electricity circuits.
- Regular inspection to identify deficiencies fo possible improvements and develop infrastructure maintenance plans.
- Review and determine design criteria including preparing bl of quantities1 cost estimates, shop drawings and time schedules.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and excellent communication skills. Must also possess good project planning skills.
- A good team player. detail oriented and self motivated.
