Key Responsibilities
- To take full responsibility in terms of Staff management, Production management, Quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes.
- To take full responsibility of the quality and product produced in line with the Company’s quality system, processes and procedures.
- Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting Staff.
- Monitor measure and report on production related process performance and general issues
- To work with other Production Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools
- ENG –Engineering based courses, Food Science Technology, Biochemistry, and Industrial Chemistry.
Educational Qualifications & Experience Required
- HND/B.Sc/B.Eng in an Engineering based courses, Food Science Technology, Biochemistry, and Industrial Chemistry.
- 2 - 3 years’ work experience in FMCG
