Job Objectives
- Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
- Responsible for effective & efficient administrative support to the business
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen/canteen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
- Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment.
- Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery
- Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; Scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
- Responsible for allocating office space and equipment.
- Manage structural facilities, and perform insurance liaison.
- Lease with company secretaries with regards to issues regarding lease agreement, corporate registrations
- Oversee facilities security.
- Review service levels with external service providers and compares with service level Agreements.
- Oversee the Travels Function
Educational Qualification & Experience
- A First degree or equivalent in Social Sciences or Humanities.
- Ideal candidate must be personable, with excellent, organizational and interpersonal and project management skills. Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience: 5 years post NYSC quality experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- AGE: The ideal candidate should not be older than 40 years old
